1. Everything is made to order as you want it so RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
2. Please be sure to ALWAYS specify your DATE NEEDED in the note to seller box at checkout. If you don't let me know when you need it I can't be held responsible for not getting it to you in time.
3. All poms and flowers are shipped flat and come with DIGITAL blooming instructions.
4. If you need to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. Turn around time is 3-5 business days + shipping time. Items ship first class mail 3-5 business days (within the USA). You can always upgrade shipping at checkout.
Message me if you need a quicker turnaround than listed and I can typically accommodate.

Frequently asked questions
Do the poms come fully bloomed?
They come fully assembled, but in need of blooming. It's a very simple process and there are clear instructions included. If they were shipped fully bloomed they unfortunately would get crushed in shipment as they are after all made of tissue paper!
Can I pick my own colors?
Yes! Just make a note in the note to seller section at checkout of the colors you want based on the color chart which is on the last picture in the listing.
What if I need them sooner than the published turnaround time?
Just send me a quick message letting me know your date needed and I'll let you know if I'm able to accommodate, most of the time I'm able to squeeze people in!
